We wanted to take a moment to explain our corporate background and the reason we recently created Affineco. Over the years Premier, United and Melillo have developed  reputations as effective, value added providers of commercial building maintenance services.

We were at a point in our growth and since the three companies operate comparably, where we should have a name so the market, especially  for those of you who deal with more than one of our companies, to be able to deal with us as one company. Therefore we created Affineco. The most important thing we want customers to know is that the services they receive will not change. The ownership of the companies have not changed. It’s the same people and managers still showing up at your building to do the work you expect. All of us, as partners are here for you!

Affineco is the name of the new organization. Affineco was named with the terms of Affinity  for loyalty and Eco for sustainability.  Premier, United and Melillo will each be identified as "a division of Affineco". Ex United Services, a division of Affineco. 

The combined strength of Affineco as a force in the Connecticut, New York, New Jersey market is tremendous. Here are just a few numbers:

• One master insurance policy
